Plant Head

Individual with sufficient experience in the field of Thermal Spray coatings and Surface engineering
Should have sound knowledge of HVOF, Plasma Spray, ARC Spray, ceramic oxide spray, PTA welding, Sealer treatment, heat treatment etc
Should have prior experience in KUKA robotic rogramming
Should be able to develop coating systems as per customer requirement with detailed interaction with the marketing team leads
Should have extensive experience and expertise of precision machining, grinding and finishing technologies

Job Location: Kolkata

Thermal Spray Technician

Candidate should have hands on experience of HVOF, Ceramic Spray, ARC spray and Spray and Fuse with at-least 2-5 years in a reputed "Thermal Spray job shop" with a degree / diploma (min) in Metallurgical / mechanical engineering
Should have experience in Robotic programming and be able to develop recipes on his own as per requirement
Should be adept with standard spray equipments of HVOF, PLASMA, ARC and ROD Spray
